absolutely great care! very prompt and thorough

Not sure how I feel about this office. My first time going and the dr I seen spoke very very fast, mind you I’m 28 I was able to keep up thankfully but thought that was crazy. I’m being seen for hair loss so I mean about the medications prescribed she just gave the details to fast for me to understand instead she just wrote me off. Which is fine whatever I know I need to take medicine and Google is right here to look it up. But also my main issue is with the staff. I had to call and see if my insurance is covered for medications using the pharmacy they recommended and when I called it seemed like an issue for them to explain that to me as if I should’ve known. As a first time patient is crazy work! Might see them a few more times but if this is how it’s going to be I’ll take my insurance and money elsewhere.

I give dermatology Associates of five star rating. Everybody in the office is professional, but very kind. You can’t go wrong going to dermatology Associates.
