Sturgeon is one of the most professional, sweetest medical providers out there. She is such a blessing to have in Lubbock. You will never feel rushed or feel like you are not important. Highly recommend!!

I have used Dr. W for a few years now and he is straight forward and professional. I love the conservative Christian atmosphere. The entire staff are so polite, helpfull, and accommodating.

Gloria in front office is quite possibly the rudest and most unprofessional medical staff member I have ever encountered! EVER! What a shame to have such a great practice, great providers and staff, and have such a hate filled person as the first impression! Customer service is what makes and/or breaks a practice. (I also work in a medical practice). What a shame.

Worth the wait! You might have to wait in her office a little bit, but she is absolutely worth it. I hope to always feel like there’s no other patient anywhere else and that she is 100% focused on me… Even though that I know she is very popular and hard to get into. Her knowledge on skin cancer is top tier. I felt very comfortable talking with every person I interacted with in the office.

Place is either racist or just down right rude drive 5 hours to come to and appointment that’s been scheduled for 6 weeks and they made me wait an hour and a half to see anybody had it makes down in the computer that I had been seen when I was sitting the lobby watching people come in get seen and leave
