Best dermatologist in lubbock

Waited for an hour this morning. At 11:30, I was asked to come back at 1:30 because my provider “had to leave.” Arrived at 1:30 and was almost immediately taken back to a room. Then, I waited for another 30 minutes. 60 minutes + 30 minutes + 30 minutes (driving there - home -back) = 2 hrs. Provider came in and offered no apology nor appreciation for my time spent waiting. Perhaps she was unaware that I had been affected by her busy schedule. I’m a very patient person, generally speaking. In fact, I would normally respond to “sorry for keeping you waiting” with “ no worries.” Today no one seemed to be concerned about the inconvenience. Update: Minutes after I posted this review, I received a very nice & professional voicemail from the office manager who explained the internal breakdown of communication that prevented the provider from knowing about my wait time. I really appreciated the fact that she responded so quickly! Thank you very much, Lorena.
