Ms. O’Banion and the staff are wonderful! They are all kind, professional and efficient! Highly recommend their services and very satisfied with my care.

I called to see if they could take me earlier than 2:30. I was told to get there by 1:30 and I may have to wait a little. I got there at 1:00, checked in and they took me right back. Everyone is so amazing and accommodating. Dr. Sturgeon is an answered prayer. She is so sweet, professional and answers all my questions. Love this group. I am 2 hours away, small price to pay to travel to the best.

Not sure how I feel about this office. My first time going and the dr I seen spoke very very fast, mind you I’m 28 I was able to keep up thankfully but thought that was crazy. I’m being seen for hair loss so I mean about the medications prescribed she just gave the details to fast for me to understand instead she just wrote me off. Which is fine whatever I know I need to take medicine and Google is right here to look it up. But also my main issue is with the staff. I had to call and see if my insurance is covered for medications using the pharmacy they recommended and when I called it seemed like an issue for them to explain that to me as if I should’ve known. As a first time patient is crazy work! Might see them a few more times but if this is how it’s going to be I’ll take my insurance and money elsewhere.
