I have seen Dr Paulger for skin cancer surgery and Kristen O'Banion for assisting with the surgery and for follow up visits. Dr Paulger is extremely knowledgeable and very personable, the surgery went well with no complications. Kristen is a breath of fresh air. It would be impossible to be nervous because her warm outgoing friendliness makes you instantly at ease. She listens carefully to all concerns and addresses every small skin problem you have, and solves them. She encourages you to ask questions, and I've not had one that she couldn't answer. I have ongoing skin and hair problems and all my follow up visits have been with Kristen. She's a huge asset to Dr Paulger's staff. I have always been seen on time. I have seen several other Dermatologist in Lubbock and wasn't happy with any of them for various reasons. I have finally found the dermatology practice that I will stay with.

I had the best experience with Kristin O'Banion and her nurse! They were kind, professional and experienced.

Today was my first visit to dermatology of west Texas in Lubbock I really liked the Dr and the staff I would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family
