If I could give this place no stars I would. Lisa Moyers was the most unprofessional nurse I have ever encountered. She’s not a dermatologist not sure why my appointment was with her anyway. If she could not provide any help to me she should have passed me along to an actual dermatologist who I thought my appointment was with. All of these 5 star reviews about her are not real. I had a 3 min “consultation” with her and paid for it and received nothing but a snooty attitude. Literally a horrible experience. I really hope the higher ups see this and take the appropriate action. Treating clients the way she treated me was unacceptable and I wish I had spoken up to her about her disgusting behavior.

This was my first time to go to Dermatoloy Assoc of West TX in Denver City, Tx. The nurse assistant and the doctor were both kind and anttentive and dealt with my needs with professionalism. I will highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Great experience, given that I had multiple spots frozen or biopsies, which is uncomfortable. Both Kristen ( FNP-C) and Mallory (nurse) were very nice, very accommodating, listened to my concerns, and professional. Also good sense of humor, which reduces stress

Dr Paulger and staff are great as always! If I could make a suggestion: First off, the receptionist is so sweet but I had to wait behind 5 people to check in and after my appointment I had to get back in the line behind 4 people to pay and check out. Maybe having 2 at the reception and check out area might be helpful. It’s kind of a bottle neck there.

Lovely experience. The staff were friendly and competent, the nurse practitioner was great, and the clinic was clean. I have no complaints.
