This office is always so polite and thorough even though they are always super busy. We never feel rushed.

Dr. Sturgeon is fantastic. She takes time and listens, never rushes a conversation, and provides great care. The office staff were friendly and quick with checkin and service, I can’t say enough good things about their services.

The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and stylish—no long waits either! The staff took the time to really listen to my concerns, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. The PA and Doc thoroughly examined my skin and offered a variety of treatment options, explaining the pros and cons of each. I really appreciated how patient and approachable they were, answering all of my questions with great detail. My procedure itself went very smoothly, and I felt totally at ease, which gave me a lot of confidence in the care I was receiving. After the procedure, the follow-up instructions were clear, and I felt supported throughout the recovery process. Overall, the level of professionalism and personalized care at this dermatology office is top-notch. I left feeling confident in my skin and reassured that I had made the best choice for my skin health. I will absolutely be returning for future visits and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dermatological care! I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time. The staff was courteous and efficient. The doctor was reassuring and well informed. I was finished in less than 30 minutes. Great job.
