Was looking for a new derm after a disappointing few visits with my previous one. My first appointment was today and it was an EXCELLENT experience. They were incredibly busy, (30 minutes before I was taken back and then another 20ish before I saw the PA) BUT it was TOTALLY worth the wait. My visit was with Rachel. She was AMAZING and so apologetic about the wait. She took her time with me and answered all the questions I had patiently. I never once felt minimized, rushed or like a burden. She was very thorough, professional, and genuinely kind. Staff were friendly as well!
