The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and stylish—no long waits either! The staff took the time to really listen to my concerns, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. The PA and Doc thoroughly examined my skin and offered a variety of treatment options, explaining the pros and cons of each. I really appreciated how patient and approachable they were, answering all of my questions with great detail. My procedure itself went very smoothly, and I felt totally at ease, which gave me a lot of confidence in the care I was receiving. After the procedure, the follow-up instructions were clear, and I felt supported throughout the recovery process.
