Kristin O’Banion is so kind and understanding. She listened to all my concerns and I have been happy with the treatment regimen for my skin conditions. She really is the best! All the staff are friendly and helpful. I have received excellent care every time I’ve been there. I especially appreciate the fact sheets that they provide for medications and conditions. If you are like me, after an appointment you run errands, have lunch, and might have over an hour drive home. It is so helpful to have the fact sheets to refer to later at home. I highly recommend Dermatology Association of West Texas for your skin health concerns.

An overall positive experience. Staff, nurse, PA, and Dr Keith especially. They are genuinely kind and conversational, attentive and intuitive! I was getting a bit queasy and Dr Keith read my cues and leaned me back in the chair… Within a few minutes, I was so much better. The nurse also gave me a small fan to hold to help with queasiness. Professional, efficient, and authentically kind are how I would sum up my experience.

Excellent EXAM as always. Dr Wis and Nurse Betty are very thorough and found a few places that needed attention. Hopefully they will catch anything that is the beginnings of another melanoma. Dr Wisniewski is so careful and caring 👍🙏
