Love Dr. W. He is kind, knowledgeable and he listens!

I would give zero stars if possible. My appointment was scheduled for 1:00 PM. It is now 2:00 PM, and I have yet to see an actual dermatologist. I excused myself from the clinic and informed them to disregard the appointment altogether. I understand that clinics can fall behind schedule, but that is where clear communication is key. Waiting an entire hour would have been far less frustrating if I had received even the slightest acknowledgment or apology. If I miss or arrive late to an appointment, there is a potential $95 charge, so why does that same standard not apply from the other side? I arrived 20 minutes early and was immediately met by a receptionist who started off with an attitude, though she did seem to ease up once the conversation continued. This is not my first visit to this practice. I previously saw a different dermatologist and left feeling equally unwelcome. Despite that experience, I decided to give this office another chance due to its high ratings and booked with a different provider. Unfortunately, nothing has improved, and honestly, this experience was even worse. I scheduled this appointment online using the system your office provides, yet staff acted visibly and verbally annoyed, as if I had caused an inconvenience by using an available service. If online scheduling is such a problem, it should be removed rather than having patients made to feel at fault for using it. Between the excessive wait time, poor communication, and consistently unfriendly atmosphere, this experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I dislike writing negative reviews because I understand the weight they carry, but this experience was unacceptable.

Staff was friendly and Dr. Paulger was very nice and talked me through the procedure he was doing.

I have suffered with severe plaque psoriasis for many years. Relief of my misery is such a blessing by trusting my Dr and his path of treatment for me. My skin is clear now & I finally feel good. 🙌

You couldn't ask for better service and treatment. If asked about dermatologist I will definitely recommend Mrs Bell very professional
